About Sasha de Beausset
Sasha de Beausset Aparicio is a nutrition and health researcher and specialist with a B.A in Nutritional Anthropology (2012) from Tufts University, and a M.Sc. in Food and Nutrition (2015) from the Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala. She is currently in the process of becoming a registered dietician at the Universidad Galileo.
She has over ten years experience in the field of food and nutrition in areas such as consulting, research, project coordination, and report writing.
Sasha has worked as a Food Security Specialist at Guatemala Exporters Association AGEXPORT, a consultant in health and nutrition at Asociación Puente, and currently lecutures at Universidad Francisco Marroquín in the field of Nutritional Anthropology.
