About Hunter Bennett
Hunter is our resident fitness and strength training expert.
From Australia, he has a wealth of knowledge in the fitness industry thanks to his years of study at degree level. Hunter has raised the bar (no pun intended) and busted just about every myth in the gym world when it comes to sets, reps, rest, tempo, splits and anything else you can think of.Whether you’re a gym beginner or have been training for years, there’s definitely something you can learn from Hunter’s strength training articles.
Hunter has a bachelor of applied science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of South Australia. He then studied a Masters in Exercise Science (majoring in Strength and Conditioning) at Edith Cowan University. Later he attended the University of South Australia to study his Bachelor of Health Science before undertaking his Ph.D. in Kinesiology and Exercise Science.
He now works as an Exercise Scientist at Inform Health and Fitness Solutions.
The depth of expertise in his articles is incredible, and I constantly find myself in awe at the level of detail that he covers in a single guide whilst retaining my attention.
